Concept ii is a great piece of equipment as an exercise bike. However, many indoor rowers find they will use a Rowbike outdoors much more than they will use their Concept ii. It’s just more fun.
As for recumbent bike riders, they are only working half of their body. The Rowbike puts you in a position that most find comfortable, as is a recumbent bike. However, Rowbike burns more calories while toning and stretching your whole body. You will find that with Rowbike you will get a total body workout, lose weight, tone muscles and improve your posture. The results will generally show in the first month of use.
