Rowling: Perfect Crosstraining In the Rain

KidfitI was a professional figure skater and currently am a personal trainer, Pilates instructor and marathon runner. I have to say Rowbiking has helped me improve at all my other sports. I feel like I don't have to lift weights as much, and it has made me a stronger runner.

After practicing in the parking lot a few times, I felt like I was ready to take the Rowbike for a rowl around the lake. It was a rainy morning. I love to run in the rain, but I wasn't sure how Rowbiking in the rain would turn out. It turned out to be a fantastic ride. The rain made it even better! I felt invigorated and strong.

Kid FitRowbiking is a great way to compliment my running because I am getting a really great upper body workout. I also get a wonderful lower body workout while also targeting the same core muscles that I use in Pilates.

I love the fact that when I am on my Rowbike, everyone says, that looks like a really great workout. It is! Whether you take a short 20 minute jaunt or a longer ride, it is one of the best workouts you will find in or out of the gym. But who would want to be inside when you can be out in the fresh air and rain!
