I absolutely love the Rowbike! It’s the perfect compliment to my running workouts. I don’t have the patience for lifting weights, but I’ve always wanted to do more for my upper body, specifically targeting my abs, shoulders and arms. Rowbike was the answer!

At 41, my biceps, back and core are in the best shape they’ve ever been. Even my legs are stronger! I saw results in my muscle tone and strength in the first couple weeks on the Rowbike. It was astonishing to see such noticeable results in such a short period of time.

Michelle EwaldI use the Rowbike about three to four times a week, and anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. I usually ride on flat surfaces, but I’ve been seeking out hills lately for a more intense workout. Sometimes, my kids will hop on their bikes and join me. When we return, my 13-year old son will take off on the Rowbike. He’s getting great exercise and having a blast!

Rowling is a great way to meet people, too.! I’ve met so many while out on my Rowbike. I’ll rowl to a nearby shop to run an errand and get stopped with all kinds of questions about it. When my neighbor first saw me on my Rowbike, he was begging to give it a try. It’s a great conversation starter!

With Rowbike, there’s no better workout that offers fresh air, the great outdoors and a good aerobic rowl!
