I am a recovering Spinal Cord Injury patient and was encouraged by my Physical Therapist to look into the 420-Crewzer. Before the injury, I was an avid runner and mt. biker. The Rowbike has given me the freedom to "get out" again and obtain the exercise I once enjoyed, working both my upper and my recovering lower body. In fact, I ride nearly 50 miles a week. |
| Thank you Rowbike for opening up a whole new world of recreational enjoyment and exercise for me. I am an amputee, having lost my left leg to cancer. Before that, I bicycled regularly for fitness and for the pure pleasure of it. It was one of those things I missed most after my amputation. For exercise, I bought a rowing machine.
